Posta reserves the right to deny any reimbursement ship there be any damage or lack of performance of the returned order.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
The delivery of the goods to the buyer takes place after payment has been received by Posta. The buyer can choose between several payment options, whereby in each case it is necessary to ensure that the selected means of payment is sufficiently covered.
7. RESERVATION OF TITLE

8.1 Warranties in the event of severe damage or poor performance
If ordered items (in particular with regard to order quantity and quality) are not delivered in accordance with the contract, the buyer can request a new delivery with regard to the items that deviate from the order. If this is not possible or involves a disproportionate amount of effort for Posta, Posta can, provided the customer has already paid for the order, refund the amount for the part of the order that was damaged or otherwise incorrect. PRODUCT LIST
NFT stamps
1 Subject matter of performance
Posta offers its customers the purchase of so-called 'NFT stamps or Crypto stamps'. NFT stamps are physical stamps issued by Posta as a sign of payment for postal services.
In addition, a token on a blockchain is linked to the physical NFT stamp in such a way that (i) the private key required to be available via the token on the blockchain is noted on the physical NFT stamp and (ii) the token ID is visible printed on the physical NFT stamp.
The physical NFT stamp comes with an NFC chip which makes it possible to verify the authenticity of the NFT stamp through a smartphone.
- Sale of NFT stamps
NFT stamps are sold via the following Posta sales channels:
Online at www.stampsofmaybe.fo website.
If NFT stamps are purchased in advance, delivery will only take place after the first general sale date.
- First Possession of NFT stamps
Posta does not provide any guarantee for the purchase of NFT stamps via any other sales channels other than those specified in Section 1.2 of appendix 1. If physical NFT stamps are obtained through sales channels other than those mentioned in Section 1.2 of appendix 1, there is no guarantee that the private key used to acquire the digital NFT stamp is not known to any other person
- Right of Withdrawal
If the buyer can withdraw from his contractual declaration in accordance with point 6.1 of these General Terms and Conditions. The right of withdrawal according to point 6.1 expires as soon as the consumer opens the packaging of the NFT stamp or otherwise tampers with the packaging in any way using any elements, and thus has the opportunity to view the software component associated with the physical NFT stamp, namely the digital NFT stamp. The mere fact that the authenticity of a NFT stamp has been checked one or more times does not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract.
- Selling/disposing of the digital NFT stamp
Each physical NFT stamp comes with a concealed private key to gain access to the digital NFT stamp on the blockchain associated with the physical NFT stamp. In order to transfer the digital NFT stamp, a transaction must be carried out on the blockchain. Transaction fees are incurred for every transaction on the blockchain.
Transaction fees are amounts that are offered by a person to third parties for recording a transaction on the blockchain.
Transaction fees are not paid to Posta, but to the person who records a transaction on the blockchain. The amount of the transaction fee depends, among other things, on the utilization of the respective blockchain. The amount of the transaction fee offered is determined by the person intending the transaction himself. If the transaction fee offered is too low, there is a risk that the transaction will not be carried out.
If the transaction fee offered is too high, there is a risk of overpayment. When the transaction is recorded in the blockchain, the promised amount is due and can no longer be claimed back. Posta does not replace transaction fees.
